NIMP-1614 provides an excellent bright medium phosphorus electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy layer with a phosphorus content of 7% to 9%.
The plating solution has good stability, and the plating brightness remains consistent throughout the solution’s life.
It can operate without any ammonia and complies with the ELV directive 2000/53/EC, RoHS 2002/95/EC, and WEEE 2002/96/EC.
It contains no lead or cadmium and can deposit uniform nickel-phosphorus alloys on various substrates, including aluminum alloys, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper alloys, etc.
It complies with the MIL-C-26074E, AMS 2404, and AMS 2405 specifications.
